Ordered today, sent the same day

Orders placed on weekdays before 13:00 will (mostly) be dispatched the same day. Orders placed between Friday 16:00 and Saturday 14:00 will (mostly) be dispatched on Saturday. If you place an order after Saturday 14:00, it will be dispatched on Monday. 

Shipping outside the Netherlands or Germany

If you do not live in the Netherlands, we will ship your order within Europe without any problems. We will ship your order within one business day and send you a tracking code. Read further to find out what the average delivery time is per zone.

What items are eligible for returns?

- Unopened and unused items (with the exception of sample sets) can be returned within 30 days without reason.
- Items that have arrived damaged or incorrectly.
- Items of which the quality does not meet the stated specifications (If an article provokes an allergic reaction, please contact us).

To return a product, it must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unopened and unused. Is it not a faulty product and is the seal broken? Then there is a depreciation in value and unfortunately we cannot refund the (entire) purchase price.

What items are not eligible for returns?

- Items that need to be hygienic (such as toothpaste) but have a broken seal.
- Articles that have been bought in a Goodbrush shop can’t be returned online.
- Samples.

How can I return something?

When returning your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 30 days, without giving reasons. The revocation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the product. 

To register your return online, please send an email to webshop@goodbrush.org, or use our chat or WhatsApp. We will cover the cost of the return if you follow the steps of the return process. If you return the products on your own initiative or via another carrier, the costs will be at your own expense.

After you have informed us, you must return the items to us as soon as possible, but in any case no later than thirty days after the notification. We will cover the cost of the return shipping if you follow the steps of the return process. If you return the products on your own initiative or through another carrier, the costs are for your own account.

We request that you return the items to us in the original packaging and in the original box or a comparable box. You can also return the items to one of our shops. Do not forget to include the five-digit order number/reference number of your order.

You are only liable for the reduction in value of the products resulting from the use of the products beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.

Refund

If you paid with iDeal, Klarna, credit card, Bancontact or PayPal, the paid amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days. The period of 14 days starts when you receive the notice of return.

You can get a refund of the shipping costs for the return shipment if an item from your order is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or if you return the order for good reason. If necessary, send an email to customer service to send your order, or email your proof of shipment to receive a refund.

Warranty

The legal warranty applies to all items that you buy from us. As a customer of Goodbrush you are entitled to a good product. If the article is not what you expect from it, please contact us and we will find a solution together.

Climate-neutral delivery

Goodbrush orders are sent climate-neutral via DHL Parcel. This is because DHL is working hard to reduce its CO2 emissions. The CO2 they still emit, we compensate together. Both DHL and Goodbrush pay part of the compensation costs. DHL invests the proceeds in certified Gold Standard projects in developing countries. Furthermore, it offsets emissions there and contributes to promoting the economy. DHL also offsets shipments within the Benelux through Land Life Company. By investing in large-scale reforestation projects, together we restore important ecosystems, promote biodiversity and provide social and economic benefits to local communities.

As a recipient, you can easily do your bit too. Not at home at the scheduled delivery time? Then change the delivery time or location via the Track & Trace code. This way, the delivery driver is less likely to stand before a closed door, and no unnecessary kilometres are made. Are you going for the greenest delivery option? Then have the parcel delivered to a DHL ServicePoint.

Can my order arrive in multiple deliveries?

Yes, this is possible. We deliver from two different warehouses, so it may happen that products come from different warehouses and your order will be delivered in two parts. We will always strive to make delivery as fast and efficient as possible.
